At Vape Dojo, our goal is to get your package to you in a timely manner and intact.
Orders placed before 2:00pm(EST) Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same day as long as all items are available. All orders placed after 2:00pm will be shipped the next business day. Federal holidays are an exception and orders will be shipped the next business day. Kindly check your time zone as the deadline for 2:00pm is on the East Coast.
"Free Shipping" shown on product pages refers to free shipping within the U.S. only.
Please note USPS Priority Mail Express does not necessarily mean next day delivery. USPS guarantees 1-2 business days which does not include Sundays and holidays, and if your order is placed after 2:00 EST it may not be able to be shipped the same day.
Forces out of our control such as inclement weather, high volume sales and federal holidays may increase the time required to fulfill orders.
Please note after fulfillment we have no control over transit times and delivery. However we do encourage you to reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your shipment (such as a lost shipment, extreme delays, etc.).
