My perfect Christmas flavor

A few years ago during the Christmas season, I was searching around Harrisonburg and it’s neighboring cities for a flavor appropriate for the season. I tested several flavors containing different combinations of peppermint, candy cane, gingerbread, various pastries, and pies, but nothing really fit the bill. That’s when Andy suggested Stroopwafel by Charlie Noble. He informed me it was a seasonal flavor and that it typically only available during the Christmas season. I flavor tested Stroopwafel and fell in love with it. It is the perfect combination of pastry with the waffle flavoring and sweetness with the caramel. It is especially enjoyable with hard ciders. Ever since, my go-to Christmas flavor is Stroopwafel and has become a staple of my “flavor library” due to it becoming a year round flavor.
