To start vaping, the first thing is to buy a personal vaporizer. This consists of a battery, an atomizer (coil and cotton wick), a tank to hold the liquid, and a drip tip.

The personal vaporizer comes with a USB cable for charging. Then select your e-liquid. We recommend using beginner’s equipment for vaping using our Charlie Noble E-Liquid collection, which has a 70/30 to 80/20 VG/PG ratio.

The Aspire Breeze, for example, is really easy to use. Fill the built in tank of your vaporizer with your e-liquid then place five to seven drops of e-liquid into the hole in the top of the atomizer this helps prime the cotton wick of the atomizer, then screw the atomizer into the chimney unit and place it into the tank with the atomizer going into the tank first, tighten the chimney into the tank with the tightening tool that is built into the drip tip.  Then press the on/off button of your personal vaporizer rapidly five times to turn it on. Make sure, the first time you fill it, to give the atomizer at least three to five minutes to sit giving the cotton wick enough time to soak up the liquid.

Take a draw on the personal vaporizer with a slow even inhale then breathe out or press the button as you breathe in, then breathe out.

Watch out - vaping isn’t the same as smoking: you need to give 3 to 5 seconds between each intake of breath to give the e-liquid enough time to rise up to the coil.

Make sure you have a spare charger or even a spare personal vaporizer. Running out of battery is the main reason people go back to smoking. The Breeze has an accessory PCC Personal charging case that is available at an additional charge.
