In the event, we are unable to help with a solution, or your return is outside the 14 days, you will need to contact the manufacturer. Vape Dojo will be happy to assist in this process for returning your product to the manufacturer.

Vape Dojo reserves the right to deny a return for reasons that include but are not limited to the following:
• Product is damaged or faulty due to user error, which may include but not limited to:
o stripped threading
o cracked glass
o e-liquid in battery terminal
o Broken charging port
